Business Rules for the Archery Section of the ASLC e.V.
1. Section Board The Board of the Archery Section consist of the following permanent positions:

Further positions can get defined on demand. The criteria for elections, as set forth in the respective paragraph of this business rules, apply accordingly. Members of the Archery Section Board have the right to
delegate tasks to the section members if required. 2. Change of the Section Board The cycle duration for the Section Board and additional defined functions is unlimited. Any member has the right to request the change of the Section Board. Prerequisites are that such request is addressed to the board in writing, and that a compulsory successor is named. In the event that more than one successor is available the decision will be subject to a vote conducted at a section meeting. 3. Membership Fees / Admission Fee The annual membership fee gets defined by the ASLC e.V. (see Membership Form). The single admission fee is DM 50.- for single members, and DM 80.- for couples. The admission fee has to be paid directly to the Archery Section. The admission fee is due when entering the Archery Section and will be drawn from the account, the member has provided with the enrolment (see Membership Form) 4. Shooting Basis for shooting is the most recent version of the „Shooting Regulations 3D Shooting Range". 5. Legal Liability The legal liability of the ASLC e.v., and it's Archery Section is excluded in any case. Users of the shooting facilities are legal liable for any sort of damages or injuries. It is strongly recommended that any Archery Section Member has a liability insurance. 6. Exclusion of Section Members In the event that a Section Member acts contrary to the Business Rules and / or Statutes of the ASLC e.V., the Business Rules of the Archery Section, or the Shooting Regulations 3D Shooting Range, or if the said member disturbs the harmony of the section in an unacceptable way, the Section Board is entitled to decide on the exclusion of the said member. Further steps by the ASLC Board are reserved. 7. Duty to work in favour of the Archery Section Members*, who are actively use the shooting facilities, are obliged to work at least 10 hours per year in favour of the Archery Section. Each of these ten
hours is worth DM 20.-. In the event that a member achieved less than this ten hours within a given year, the calculated remainder will be charged to the said members account. Member with more than the ten minimum hours are
entitled to transfer the exceeding hours to his / her partner. Each member is responsible to report the achieved hours to the Section Board. Achieved hours can be transferred to the partner. The responsibility of reporting the
achieved hours to the Section Board lies with the member.
8. Association (DBSV) Membership The Archery Section as such is not member to any association. Members of the Section, who want to participate in official Championships of the Association (DBSV), and who are member to the DBSV, can claim their DBSV membership fee from the Archery Section if they can proof their participation by providing a copy of the official starting- and resultlist. Retroactive refunds are impossible. The refund has to be claimed with the Section's cashier. 9. Guest Archers Archers who are not member to the Archery Section of the ASLC e.V. are allowed to use the shooting facilities of the Archery Section on their own risk,
and for a usage fee indicated below. Any injuries and / or damages caused by guest archers are in the responsibility of the guest archers. Any legal liability by the Archery Section is excluded. Guest archers have to read and
follow the current Shooting Regulations 3D Shooting Range. Guest archers have to confirm their agreement with these terms in writing. Usage fees for guest archers:
The Archery Section Board's right to decide on exceptions is reserved. 10. Cancellation of the membership The Statutes and / or the Business Rules of the ASLC e.V. detail the cancellation of the membership. 11. Coming into force The Business Rules of the Archery Section are replacing the previous version (December 1st, 1999), and are taking effect as of March 1st , 2001 12. Changes to this Business Rules Changes to this Business Rules require the agreement of the majority of the Section Board. Motions for changes are to be addressed to the Section Board in writing. 13. Validity of this Business Rules The Business Rules of the Archery Section are a supplement to the Statutes and the Business Rules of the ASLC e.V. In case of doubt the Statutes and the Business Rules of the ASLC e.V. shall take precedence.
